Roaster pigs are processed mostly whole for pig roasts. They can be 50 to 150#

We send these to a USDA processor where they are dispatched and scalded so it is ready for your pig roast.

$4 per pound for the pork (minimum $225) plus the processor fee which may be around $150. This is their fee and is subject to their pricing.
