This Farm Box features a selection of our Black Angus grass fed and finished beef. We do not vaccinate, use growth hormones or antibiotics. Our cattle are raised from birth to table. It takes 3 years from breeding a cow to raise the cattle to processing. We don't buy our cattle from auctions that we do not know the history of them which may most of the time include vaccinations or growth hormone implants. We believe when our cattle are raised outside in fresh air and on pastures, they do not need the vaccinations as they live in a cleaner environment. Grain fed cattle are forced to grow faster and are ready to process in a fairly short time. Our 100% grass fed cattle take about 2 years (from birth) to grow to processing size.
The Farm box includes:
- +-10 to 30 pounds of beef (roughly 25% steaks, 25% roasts or short ribs, 50% ground beef) Please note what your cut preferences are and we will try to get all or part of your preferences
