Freeze dried goats milk. This is a great option when you want to be able to store you milk for a longer time or if you need it shipped to you. You would purchase a goats milk share and we would freeze dry it for you.
Your one half gallon of fresh milk is freeze dried. It can be reconstituted with water.

NOTE: Milk shares are seasonal as we keep the kids on the does until they are weaned. About 4 months out of the year a doe may not have any shares available. Generally, we are not milking from March to July so having your share freeze dried is great for those times.
