We never use pesticides or herbicides on our land, ensuring a pure, farm-to-table product you can trust. We double filter our milk and use clean processing and packaging processes.
Why Freeze-Dried?
Freeze-drying preserves the standard shelf-life and nutrients of raw milk without refrigeration, making it perfect for long-term storage, easy shipping, or crafting your own artisanal soaps and lotions.
- Shelf Life: While many freeze-dried goods last up to 25 years, because our milk is completely whole and full-fat, it retains a stable shelf life of up to 10 years when stored properly.
How the Milk Share Works
Due to fresh milk regulations, we offer our freeze-dried milk through a convenient herd-share program:
- Purchase Your Share: You purchase a share of a specific doe from our herd (one share equals one quart of milk).
- We Process It: We custom freeze-dry your share of the milk right here on the farm.
- Enjoy Your Way: Your share is delivered to you raw and unpasteurized. You can choose to pasteurize it at home or enjoy it raw—the choice is entirely yours!
