This may include ham, pork chops, pork steaks etc. These are 2024 packages that were processed in a USDA plant and vacuumed packaged. While supply lasts.

This Farm Box features a selection of our Heritage pasture raised pork. This is not your "white meat" commercial pork. We do not vaccinate, use growth hormones or antibiotics. We believe when our pigs are raised outside in fresh air and on pastures, they do not need the vaccinations as they live in a cleaner environment. Unlike commercial pigs that are pumped with endless feed and are ready to process in 5 months, pasture raised pork takes about 10 to 12 months. Pigs need more than just grass to meet their nutritional needs, so our pigs are supplemented with a small amount of grain.
