Pasture raised grass fed pigs have higher omega-3 fatty acids. The meat is a red color, is more marbleized and a sweeter flavor than the pale commercial pork.

Reserve half pig. $200 deposit. Balance due when the pig goes to the processor.
Reserve whole pig. $400 deposit. Balance due when the pig goes to the processor.

$5.75 per pound hanging weight. When the pork is ready to be processed, we will give you a date and a sheet to select what cuts you would like. You pay the processing directly to the processor.
